Boarderline Skateshop ships via Canada Post for online orders and might require a signature upon delivery (to ensure you receive your package). Shipping rates subject to change without notice.

Order Processing & Ship Times:
All orders are reviewed by our Customer Service department the next business day (Monday through Friday).
If all of the items ordered are available and in-stock, Customer Service will process your order and prepare it for shipping, generally within 5 business days of receiving your order. However, if your items are not in-stock or immediately available at the time of your order they will need to be transferred in from our retail locations which could add up to 5-10 additional business days to your delivery.
Your credit card will be charged at time of order submission.
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery of your order. A tracking number will be provided to you.

NOTE: Orders over $200 will be insured by Canada Post for a maximum value of $100.00, any lost or stolen orders are not the responsibility of Boarderline Skateshop and all insurance claims etc. are the responsibility of the purchaser and Canada Post. Boarderline is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
Online Return Policy
Please note: all items purchased on sale or at a discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned for any reason beyond a pre-authorized warranty claim.
We are proud of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly provide a merchandise exchange or store credit for your order within 30 days of receipt. We stand by our products for quality and workmanship however, for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on a product that is not in its original condition and packaging which includes anything that has been washed or used.
Please Note: Original shipping cost will not be applied to store credit. All items returned to Boarderline will be shipped prepaid by the customer. Returning Merchandise Purchased Online by Mail:
To exchange or return merchandise, just email us at [email protected] and indicate the reason for exchange. We will contact you with return approval and instructions. Please see below for mailing instructions.
Please allow a minimum of 14 days for us to receive, inspect legitimacy and process your return. If the item(s) to be returned are deemed acceptable and in line with our return policy we will exchange the product for one of equal value including any taxes you were charged but excluding ANY delivery charge(s) including any extra duties or fees.
